We saw a dog at the park today. And suddenly, the kids were dogs. Barking dogs. Snuffling, jump-on-you dogs. Dogs who wanted to be scratched behind the ears and rubbed on the back and, yes, thrown sticks to fetch. That’s right. Today I played fetch with my son. And I was, not surprisingly, pretty much unfazed. Of course, it was nearing our fourth hour at the park in the hot midday sun. Maybe we were all a little crazy.
